[Fixed] Card Purchasing Issue

Greetings FS City,

A bug that has been reported yesterday that makes users spend Points to purchase Cards, even when a user has 

Gold Card Pack Tickets has been fixed. Users will be able to use the feature without worrying about having to

spend points unintentionally.
