US Server Merging

We have decided to merge US servers currently divided into two, West and East, to allow users
to better enjoy our multiplayer game. We hope this measure can help players to find their fellow
players better and easier. This is to be implemented during the emergency maintenance
scheduled at 00:00 - 02:00 (PDT) today.
