[Fixed] Mission: Possible Stage 3 Reward Issue

Mission: Possible stage 3 has been fixed and players who has received Pro Nametag

will get Cindy Nametag today. The measure has been taken straightaway and players 

with the said issue will be able to find Cindy Nametag in the Message Box.
