Card Refinery Ingredient - Changed

After thoroughly discussing with the 3on3 FreeStyle team, we have decided and confirmed that the initial refinery ingredients of 5 platinum cards were too heavy for this system. That's why we have adjusted card refinery ingredient from 5 platinum cards to 2 platinum cards.

All users, who used refinery system until 7/12 23:59 will get refund after the maintenance.
