Stat Boost Event Issue April 26 , 2024 / 10:32 PM

Dear Ballers,


We have confirmed that the grade missions related to the current Stat Boost Event are not functioning properly.

 

Therefore, we will extend the duration of the Stat Boost Event by one week and plan to address the issue with the missions during the maintenance on 5/2.

New Downloadable Patch April 26 , 2024 / 12:05 AM

Dear Ballers, 


Please download the latest patch to apply the following change:


- Fixed the issue with the Food Buff button remaining in the game.

- Fixed the issue with the 'Activity' tab not allowing the sending or receiving of tasks, or lateral movement. [Console Only]

- Fixed the issue with the 'Spectate' tab not allowing controller movement, which prevented spectating. [Console Only]

XBOX – Game Connection Issue April 18 , 2024 / 7:37 PM

Dear Ballers,


We've encountered an issue where certain users are experiencing difficulty connecting to the 3on3 Freestyle game on the Xbox platform. 


After thorough investigation, we've found several solutions to address this issue so please follow the steps below:


[Delete Game Saved Data]


1. On Home, highlight the “3on3 Freestyle” app, then press menu button, then select “Manage game & add-ons”.

2. Select the “Saved data” box, then select “DELETE ALL”.


[Sign in to Only One Xbox Account]


1. Ensure that you are signed in to only one account, the one you'll be using to play 3on3.

*Logging in to multiple accounts may hinder you from connecting to 3on3 Freestyle.
