[How To Participate]
1) Basic Guideline
- We accept design for two category: Outfit & Pet
- You can submit drawing or photo. Photo is only accepted for outfit category
- Please upload your work via Twitter or Facebook with following information:
Your Platform & In-Game Name
Your Work
Please include 2 event hashtags : #3on3FreeStyle & #3on3MyDesign
If you upload drawing, please include at least 2 images of your work process or video of your work process
If you have more than 4 images, please keep it as one thread
- You can submit multiple works, but only one submission will be selected
- No violation of copyright, age rating, legal rights, and company’s image
2) I Want To Draw My Design
- You can participate Outfit & Pet category
- You must provide at least one front design for Outfit or Pet
- You may use our basic model to draw on: [DOWNLOAD]
- You can submit outfit with model or just outfit:

- You must provide at least 2 images of your work process or video:
- AI generated art will not be accepted
- We advise you to draw at least 1000 x 1000 pixels for drawing. If your image is too small, you may have disadvantage during review process
2. I Want To Show My Style with Photo
- You can participate Outfit category
- Wear and style outfit that you would like to see in 3on3 FreeStyle
- You must provide at least front image of person, showing at least top and bottom
- You do not need to show your face for photo
- You must hold paper with your signed name to identify that it’s your photo:
- Please avoid paper hiding your body too much like example above
- You are aware of and agree with that random audience will show your photo
- Any unauthorized use of photo of other will not be allowed

- Internal Review : 1/1 – 1/2 23:59 PST
- Top 5 Designer Selection : 1/3
- Random Draw Reward : 1/3
- Popularity Vote : 1/3 – 1/9 23:59 PST
- Winner Announcement : 1/10
- Reward Distribution : 1/17
- Event Process : Submission -> Internal Review -> Select 5 Works -> Popularity Vote -> Vote Count + Internal Review -> Winner Selected
[Event Reward]
- Winner : 5,000 Points + Platinum-Grade Best Designer Crown + Platinum-Grade Best Designer Nametag + Your Designed Theme or Pet Once Updated
- 2nd – 3rd : 2,000 Points + Gold-Grade Best Designer Crown + Gold-Grade Best Designer Nametag
- 4th – 5th : 800 Points + Silver-Grade Best Designer Crown + Silver-Grade Best Designer Crown
- Random Draw : 100 Points (5 People)
- Please note that getting most vote for popularity vote will not guarantee your winning. Internal review of 3on3 art team will decide the winner. 2nd – 5th reward is determined by vote count.
[Q&A]
1) Can I submit multiple works?
- Yes, you can submit multiple works but only one work will be considered. You cannot received duplicate reward.
2) Will you select winner for Outfit and Pet? In other words, will we have 2 winner for this event?
- No, we only select one winner regardless of category.
3) If I get most vote during popularity vote, will I be the winner?
- No, 3on3 art team will review final candidates for winner. Vote count may affect the decision but does not guarantee the selection.
4) Will JOYCITY gets the copyright of all submitted work?
- No, only winner’s design. If you do not win first prize, we will not get any license for your design.
[Terms & Condition]
- You must submit your work within submission period. Any submission submitted AFTER event period will be disregarded
- You must provide all designated information and include event hashtags to be considered as candidate
- You must upload your work to declared SNS (Twitter & Facebook). Any submission uploaded on other platform will not be considered
- No violation of copyright, age rating, legal rights, and company’s image
- If any legal issue occurs regarding submission, all responsibilities are on contributor’s side
- Only one submission will be selected for one candidate. If we find duplicate winner, only one work will be selected and others will be disregarded
- Getting most vote does not guarantee your winning of contest. Vote count and internal review of 3on3 art team will select the winner
- 2nd to 5th winner will be determined based on your vote count
- We may not select the winner or make winner’s design if there is no appropriate design
- Winner’s design may be renewed to match with 3on3 Freestyle’s design
- All reward and reward distribution date are subject to change without notice
- Copyright of winner’s design will be bound to JOYCITY and 3on3 FreeStyle team and all participants are aware of and agree with this condition
- Winner’s design is expected to be produced by June, 2024. This may change without notice
- We may produce winner’s design with renewed design or color in future
- We may ask you for the original file (PSD) of work. Refuse to provide such file may cause disqualification
