[3on3 Dev Note] About the AFK issue and improving community features.

This is Lucy from the 3on3 Freestyle Dev Team.

I will be uploading Dev Notes time to time to share our plans and direction of future development.

Today we are going to mention some of the issues that were discussed in 3on3 FS communities. 

Below are some feedbacks about the 3on3 FS Dev team insights regarding the current issues and what will be our future actions.

 

Macro / AFK / Leaving in the middle of a game

> Macro and AFK seems to be the biggest issue in our community, which the 3on3 FS development team sees as one of the 

most important issue to fix as well.  To resolve this issue, 3on3 FS Dev team is developing a system that instantly penalizes 

players when they are using the macro or leaving in the middle of a game. 

In addition, if the player repeatedly commits malicious acts, there will be strict consequences such as being totally blocked 

from logging into the game. 

This automatic suspension system is being developed with top priority over any other contents and will be introduced soon.

 

Improved Macro Chatting

> We will improve the macro chatting a little more for better communication; hassle free, and much smoother!

 

About Slam Dunk! Trophy

> We have received some bug reports about players who are unable to achieve the “Slam Dunk!” Trophy. 

For this issue, we would like to inform that the requirement for achieving this trophy is not the 

number of Dunk attempts but number of successful Dunks. 

We will be adding a new system that will display the number of successful Dunks in the game future updates. 

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

 

Bug issue: When player a Quick Jumper or Fade Away shot from 3pt line, it counted as 2pt shot

>This bug will be fixed during the next update.

 

About ‘The 1st Draft Pack’

>This package will be removed from PlayStation Store on Jan. 19^th.

New Feature: ‘Stay as Team’

> The moment when you met the good team members from random 3on3 match and you want to play with them as a team again… you had to do following steps:  

1. Remember their PSN id,
2. Add them to your PSN friends list
3. Send an invitation to them

Wasn't it too complicated?

To resolve this inconvenience, we are developing a system that will keep the team lineup after the game 

for players who want to play with their previous team members.

Find players that match well with you and make your own team!

여러분들의 커뮤니티 활동을 보면서, 어떤 문제가 있는지, 어떤 것을 고쳐야 할 지 개발팀에서 많은 고민을 해왔는데요.

오늘은 3on3 FS 관련 여러 커뮤니티에서 논의되었던 이슈들에 대해서 

개발팀이 생각하는 피드백과 앞으로의 개발 방향에 대해서 이야기하고자 합니다.

매크로/경기 중 이탈 유저 재제 관련

> [매크로/경기 중 이탈유저로 발생되는 불편함]이 커뮤니티에서 가장 큰 이슈 인데요,

이 문제는 3on3 FS 개발 팀에서도 가장 중요한 이슈로 생각하고 있는 건이기도 합니다.

저희 개발팀에서는 문제를 근본적으로 개선하기 위해 플레이어가 매크로를 사용 / 경기 중 무단 이탈을 반복 할 경우,

페널티를 주는 방향으로 시스템을 개발하는 중입니다.

이와 더불어 반복적으로 악의적인 행위를 할 경우, 접속 제한 등의 강력한 운영을 해 나갈 것입니다.

이 자동 제재 시스템은 어떤 컨텐츠보다도 최우선 하여 개발 중에 있으며, 빠른 시일 내에 도입 예정입니다.

모든 플레이어들이 즐거운 경기를 즐길 수 있도록 매크로와 경기 중 이탈 하는 행위는 멀리 해 주세요!

(1대1 모드에서도요!)

 

홀리데이 패키지와 드리프트 패키지 관련

북미 스토어에만 출시 된 홀리데이 패키지 관련하여, 아시아 PSN 계정을 사용하는 분들의 구매 문의가 많았습니다.

안타깝게도 아시아 서버 오픈이 북미보다 늦었던 관계로 패키지를 출시 하지 못해, 개발팀에서도 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 

차후에 릴리스 되는 패키지들은 되도록 함께 출시 될 수 있도록 할 예정이오니 많은 기대 부탁 드릴게요!

**참고로 북미서버에서 구매 한 홀리데이 패키지는 아시아 서버에서 사용 할 수 없도록 되어 있답니다.

 

추가로, 드리프트 패키지는 차주 19일에 스토어에서 내려갈 예정이오니,

구매 예정이 있으신 분들은 19일 전까지 구매 해주세요!

 

매크로 채팅 개선

> 매크로 채팅을 조금 더 개선해서 더욱 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있도록 제공 할 예정입니다!

 

Slam Dunk! Trophy 관련

> 최근 Slam Dunk! 트로피를 달성 할 수 없다는 버그 리포트를 많이 받고 있습니다. 

해당 트로피의 경우, 덩크의 시도가 아닌 덩크 성공만 카운트 하기 때문에 버그로 오해하시는 분 들이 계신데요.

그러한 불편함을 없애기 위해, 추후 개발을 통해 ‘덩크 성공 횟수’를 표시하는 기능을 추가 할 예정입니다.

 

3점 라인에서 퀵점퍼 / 페이드 어웨이 시 간헐적으로 2점 처리 되는 버그

> 다가오는 업데이트에서 수정 예정입니다.

 

함께 하기 기능

> 한번 매칭된 우리 팀원들이 합이 참 잘 맞았는데…다시 같이 플레이 하려면 PSN에 친구 추가하고, 초대하고… 너무 복잡하셨죠?

이러한 불편함을 개선하기 위해, 원하는 플레이어들에 한해서 경기 후 팀 라인업을 유지 할 수 있도록 시스템을 개발 중이랍니다.

팀워크가 잘 맞는 플레이어들을 찾고 팀을 만들어서, 즐거운 스트리트 농구를 즐겨보세요!
