PF Random Box Issue

Greetings Ballers,

We are aware that some users did not receive characters when they pulled Fei, Max, or Double D from the random box.

Please see below for instructions on how to handle this issue:

1. I pulled a character that I do not own.

- It directly unlocks your locked character. No issue.

2. I pulled a duplicate character but did not receive points.

- We will check your log and send out your missing conversion points of 50 on the 3/20 maintenance.
