Known Issue After 9/27 Maintenance

Greetings FS City Ballers,

We would like to inform you that we have encountered the following issues after today's maintenance.

1) Remaining Battle Pass Summer Part 2 Reward Is Not Sent

We have blocked redeeming your remaining reward system due to conflict of Battle Pass Autumn Part 1 issue.

We are currently preparing to send your remaining rewards manually by 10/11.

Please note that this issue is only applicable to those who have not logged in until 9/27 maintenance.

2) [Xbox] Game Crashes When You Are In Platform-Only Match Setting

We have found critical issue when your matching option is platform only, your game will be crashed during loading.

To avoid this issue, we forced you to set in as all platform matching setting whenever you logged in.

Please do not change your matching option until we release fix patch.

Fix patch is expected to be released on 9/28.
