PRIVACY POLICY REVISION NOTICE (23.1.13) [KOREA ONLY]

First of all, we would like to thank you all for loving our game. We are here today to inform you about the changes made in the “Privacy Policy”, 

so please check the details stated below:​

*This only applies to Korea for the time being and global policy will be followed in the near future​

1. Major Changes:

- Updated “Privacy Policy”

2. Effective Date:

- February 15, 2023

3. Changes in Privacy Policy

- External platform services (Naver and Nexon) are added to the scopes of Privacy Policy. 

(This only applies to ‘Freestyle 2’ serviced by Nexon and ‘Freestyle Football Z’ serviced by Naver)

- “Niceinfo Corp” has been removed from the list of subcontractors who process personal information. Instead, “Amazon Web Services, Inc”, “Onion Five Corp”, “Eunsung Corp” and “Netpathy Corp” are newly added to the list.

- Details on behavioral information are specified and some errors and phrases are corrected on privacy policy.​

4. Right to Object

- If you have objections or inquiries regarding the “revised privacy policy”, please contact us through our customer center and we will  be happy to assist you.

- If any of the existing users who disagree with the “revised privacy policy”, they can cancel the membership (or delete the account) or request to delete their personal information through the customer center.

- If you do not raise an objection regarding the “revised privacy policy” before the effective date, we’ll consider you to have agreed to our revised privacy policy.

저희의 게임 서비스를 이용해 주시는 이용자 여러분께 감사드리며, 개인정보처리방침 변경 사항에 대한 안내 말씀 드립니다. 자세한 사항은 아래 내용을 확인해주세요.

1. 개정 대상

- “개인정보처리방침”

- 시행일자 : 2023년 2월 15일

3. 전면 개정 사항(요약)

- 개인정보처리방침 적용 범위에 외부 채널링 서비스(네이버 또는 넥슨)를 확대 적용하였습니다.

(해당 사항은 넥슨과 네이버를 통해 서비스하는 프리스타일 2와 네이버를 통해 서비스하는 프리스타일풋볼Z에만 적용됩니다)

- 개인정보처리업무 수탁사 목록 중 NICE평가정보(주)를 삭제하고 Amazon Web Services, Inc, (주)오니온파이브, (주)은성, (주)넷퍼씨, (주)삼정데이터서비스를 추가하였습니다.

- 행태정보에 대한 구체적 사항을 명시하였고 일부 오탈자를 수정하거나 문구 일부를 변경하였습니다.

4. 이의 제기(또는 문의) 방법 및 참고하실 사항

- 개정된 개인정보처리방침에 대한 이의제기 또는 문의가 있으실 경우 고객센터로 접수해 주시면 담당자가 안내해 드리도록 하겠습니다.

- 기존 이용자께서 개정된 개인정보처리방침에 동의하지 않는 경우 직접 회원탈퇴를 하시거나 고객센터에 이를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

- 개정된 개인정보처리방침에 대해 공지일자부터 시행일자 전까지 별도의 의사표시를 하지 않으시면 개정된 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
