Crew League season 1 Reward Issue
April 2 , 2018Greetings Ballers,
We have received some reports where the players didn’t receive their Crew League’s Personal reward.
Please be informed that our Developers has reviewed and confirmed that all rewards were sent properly
to everyone.
However, due to technical issue, players who have pressed the “X” button multiple times while the reward
pop-up shows up, the system didn’t show the “Card opening scene” properly.
To check what card you have obtained, kindly go to “Management” > “Character Card Inventory”
We understand that this bug made the players confused whether they were able to acquire the reward
properly or not, and the development team is currently checking on this issue.
This ‘Card opening scene’ bug will be fixed by end of this crew league season.
