Crew Match Jump Ball Initialization Issue

Greetings FS City,

We recently received reports regarding the Jump ball issue during the second half on the Crew match mode. 

The Jump ball will not initiate or start and ballers will not be able to move; The match doesn't end unless one 

baller gets out of the game. Resulting to this bug, ballers received penalties for leaving in the middle of the

game and for not moving for a certain amount of time.

Our Devs are currently reviewing this issue and as temporary solution, we have reset each ballers crew match

penalty record. For the system to fully refresh the record, you have to re-log in to the game. Please be reminded 

that the Penalty Warning Screen will still prompt, but no penalty will be applied. 

We assured everyone that we will fix this issue as soon as possible and Penalty system will be added 

back to normal once we resolved this bug.

However, we wish to remind everyone that  we are closely monitoring the game, We will be taking serious 

actions to any abuse with this temporary solution.
