Ability Card Issue Fix
March 20 , 2024Dear Ballers.
We were able to identify an anomaly affecting the intended functionality and presentation of the Ability Cards’ stat value. As of the maintenance on 3/20 PDT, this issue has been fixed.
Once the issue was identified, we immediately started verifying all the underlying data to ensure that all Ability Cards work as intended. After a thorough system review, we have confirmed and verified that most of the card data was correct and working as intended. However, a few minor fixes will be applied to some other cards as needed.
Please read on for detailed information on the applied fixes.
1. Ability Card Stat Value Range Discrepancy
- After the patch, all Ability Cards can now be obtained with the correct stat value range.
- If there were cards in your inventory with an incorrect stat value range prior to the patch, they have been adjusted to reflect the MAX value of the correct stat value range.
- If the affected and corrected Card’s stat value is lower after the patch, we’ve provided compensation by distributing a same-grade card pack of character per each Card corrected in this way.

2. Ability Card Slot Discrepancy
- All affected Ability Cards can now be pulled
with the correct slot type applied
- Previously pulled Cards that displayed the
incorrect Slot type currently in your inventory are now corrected to display the
correct Slot type
- For each affected Card on the account, we’ve
provided compensation by distributing 1 Mika’s Guaranteed Platinum Card Pack per
each Card corrected.
