Please understand our situation that this process is to fix the sudden decrease of a rank score.

We will fix and recalculate the rank score so everyone will be in the right tier based on one's play record.

Your Ranked Mode reward will be sent during our next week's maintenance according to your correct Rank. 

You can check your correct Rank after 2/24 maintenance via Rank Mode page until 3/3.

We also prepare separate rewards after 2/24 maintenance​ for causing such inconvenience for everyone.
