ASIA Ranked Mode Change

Dear Ballers,

We would like to inform everyone about the following changes applied to the ASIA region for 

all ranked contents (Ranked Mode, 3X3, and Astro).

1) Open Hour

-Previous : 14:00 - 01:00 KST (21:00 - 08:00 PDT)

-Now : 16:00 - 01:00 KST (00:00 - 09:00 PDT)

2) SSS Rank Requirement

-Previous : Top 25 & 1601+ Rank Score

-Now : Top 30 & 1601+ Rank Score

We have figured out that ASIA region users were having a hard time finding a rank match 

for certain time periods due to the low population.

We have compacted down the open hour to resolve such an issue.

Since ASIA region users need to compete in a shorter open hour, 

we have expanded the SSS Rank spot.
