Please download the latest patch (v1.1.207.2) to access the game.

We have identified a critical issue with the current Xbox version that prevents us from ending the scheduled maintenance.

A new version must be deployed to resolve this issue, and as a result, Xbox maintenance will be extended indefinitely until the new version is ready for release.

We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Once maintenance is complete, we will follow up with a separate notice that includes compensation details.

We have found that currently rank tier is applied with wrong standard.

Pleasae note that your rank score is calculated correctly, but rank tier is assigned with wrong score standard.

This issue will be fixed during next scheduled maintenance.

Known Issue After 8/19 Maintenance August 19 , 2026 / 7:59 PM

Dear Ballers,

We have confirmed following issue during 8/19 maintenance :

-When you receive Growth Box EXP reward from Growth Pass, occassionally next eligible reward appears as unable to redeem

You can redeem next eligible reward after relogin to the game.

Dev is currently preparing fix patch and we will follow with separate notice once fix patch is released.
