Advance Notice on Price Adjustments for Character & Point DLCs July 7 , 2026 / 2:01 PM

Greetings, Ballers!

To help users experience a wider variety of characters with less burden, the prices of some Character DLC products currently available in the in-game shop will be reduced starting from the 7/8 update.

This price adjustment has been prepared as part of our support benefits to expand character options and provide a better gameplay environment for both new and returning users. Products subject to the price reduction can also be checked in the shop.

Additionally, the prices of Point DLC products will be adjusted to reflect exchange rate changes by platform and region. As a result, the prices of some Point DLC products may increase or decrease compared to their current prices.

We will continue working to provide better service and a more reasonable purchase environment for all users.

Point DLC Abuse Update July 1 , 2026 / 5:35 PM

Hello Ballers,

Regarding the abuse involving duplicate purchases of Point products, we are currently retrieving affected currencies and items and restoring the target accounts.

As additional review is required for some accounts during the verification and restoration process, it may take approximately 1 day to up to 1 additional week from the previously announced expected date, depending on the account status.

The target accounts will have their restrictions lifted sequentially as soon as the restoration process is completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay and kindly ask for your understanding.

Ravieta & Luna Exclusive Outfit Effect Improvement Notice July 1 , 2026 / 4:57 PM

Hello Ballers,

When equipping Ravieta and Luna’s exclusive outfits obtainable through the My Pick Event, a booster effect has been added while using Sprint with the Free Action effect activated.

Please note that this booster effect is a visual effect only and does not affect character performance in-game.

Hello Ballers,

We have confirmed abuse involving abnormal repeated purchases of Point DLC.

The following actions will be taken for affected accounts:

> Removal of items and currency obtained abnormally

> Restoration of accounts to their previous state

> Temporary account restriction until restoration is complete

　※This may take approximately 1–7 days depending on the account status.

If additional abuse is confirmed, the same actions may be applied.

Please use the game through normal methods to help maintain a fair play environment.
