[Fixed] [JA] Special pick not letting you have a pick

Greetings FS City,

We have had several reports that in JA client, Special pick doesn’t allow you to go have a pick

even when you have more than 17 points on your account. We are looking into the issue and 

rest assured that we will have it fixed as soon as possible.
