[NA Region] November Plus Pack Issue

Greetings FS City,

We received reports that the November Plus Pack hasn't been released on NA Play Station Store.

We would like to extend our sincerest apology for the inconvenience that it has caused. 

With this in regards, November Plus Pack will be available to download from 12/6 to 12/20. 

Also, December Plus Pack will be available on 12/6 and will not be delayed due to this issue.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and Thank you for your patience and understanding.
