Roll the Dice Event Issue
November 15 , 2018Greetings FS City,
It has come to our attention that the new event 'Roll the Dice' has
issues
that it takes time to send a reward to the message box. Please be
advised
that we have about 10 secs delay in having the rewards sent to
the message box.
In addition, there are cases that the reward pop-up doesn't load and
the event page freezes. Please be informed that in this case,it won't consume
the dice. We suggest you to re-enter in the event page to solve the issue.
Developer’s team is looking into it and will fix it as
soonest time possible.
