Rebound Cumulative Challenge Reward Error Fix

The Intensive Note item distributed as a reward for the Rebound Cumulative Challenge was incompatible with the existing Intensive Note. 

This issue has been resolved through today's maintenance, with the item replaced by a normal Intensive Note.
