Cumulative Purchase Bonus Issue Notice

Dear ballers,

We have found issue that Cumulative Purchase Bonus event scheduled to update after the 12/10 maintenance was applied one day earlier than intended.

The reward was planned to change from Blazion Jersey Set to the Gena's Growth Box Ticket after 12/10 maintenance.

However, due to an update error, some players were able to claim the unintended reward on 12/9.

The reward will be correctly updated to the Gena Growth Box Ticket after the 12/10 maintenance.

For players who made purchases on 12/9 and already claimed the cumulative purchase reward, the following measures will be applied:

1) If you already claimed the reward

-We will not retrieve your reward

-Event reward will be changed after 12/10 maintenance. So you will receive Gena's Growth Box Ticket instead of Blazion Jersey Set after the 12/10 maintenance for next step

-If you prefer to exchange your Blazion Jersey Set for Gena's Growth Box Ticket, please submit a CS ticket. Claimed step remains as claimed

→ Upon request, the Blazion Jersey Set will be removed and the corresponding step’s Gena's Growth Box Ticket will be granted

→ Please use help function in Discord or 1:1 inquiry in homepage for CS ticket

2) If you have not claimed the reward

-After the 12/10 maintenance, unclaimed rewards will be changed to the Gena's Growth Box Ticket
