Character Refund Points Adjustment Notice

Dear Ballers,

The amount of points refunded when acquiring a duplicate character you already own has been adjusted.

Please refer to the following for details:

- This only applies when obtaining a duplicate of the same or lower grade character that you already own.

(Does not apply if the acquired character is a higher grade than the one you own.)

- This change will be effective from October 1st.
