Known Issues After the 6/11 Maintenance

Dear Ballers,

Following the June 11 update, we found an issue where the Selectable Guaranteed Platinum Card Pack draw based on incorrect probabilities.

This issue has been fixed.

If you used any of these card packs before the fix, you will receive the same number of the same card packs during the next maintenance.

We’re currently looking into an issue affecting PlayStation login.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Once the issue is resolved, we’ll provide a detailed update in a separate notice.
