Winter League Reward Issue Fix

We have found out that the Winter League reward is wrongly distributed.
During 2/6 emergency maintenance, we fixed the reward correctly.
If you received a lower reward, the remaining amount was sent.
If you received a higher reward, the extra reward was removed.
The following user is temporarily suspended for 2 days to remove any items acquired with extra points.
