Dear Ballers,
We've encountered an issue where certain users are experiencing difficulty connecting to the 3on3 Freestyle game on the Xbox platform.
After thorough investigation, we've found several solutions to address this issue so please follow the steps below:
[Delete Game Saved Data]
1. On Home, highlight the “3on3 Freestyle” app, then press menu button, then select “Manage game & add-ons”.
2. Select the “Saved data” box, then select “DELETE ALL”.
[Sign in to Only One Xbox Account]
1. Ensure that you are signed in to only one account, the one you'll be using to play 3on3.
*Logging in to multiple accounts may hinder you from connecting to 3on3 Freestyle.
