[Fixed] Ranking List Issue
August 4 , 2023Dear Ballers,
We are aware that the Ranking List showed incorrect details during the 8/4 Maintenance.
We have fixed this issue, and we advise every player to please follow the guidelines below if you are facing any issues regarding the ranking reward.
1) If you were supposed to be SSS but have received SS rank reward:
- We have sent the missing reward based on the difference between SSS rank and SS rank rewards.
2) My Rank Reward is missing:
- If you have received the rank reward but not redeem it from mailbox, please go to the Rank Mode event page and claim it again.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused everyone.
