Tournament Reward Distribution Issue

Dear Ballers,

We have received several report regarding tournament rewards are not sent after tournament.

As we investigate the issue, we figured out that you MUST STAY IN TOURNAMENT until the tournament completely ends.

If you leave the tournament before reward process, you cannot receive the tournament rewards.

If you faced this issue, please send CS ticket including your tournament time and date.

We will check your data and we will send out your missing reward manually.

Devs are trying to fix this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.

To receive reward, please stay until it completely ends.
