Crew League 1 Reward Issue

It has come to our attention that many of our players either can’t find their
rewards or haven’t received them. We have confirmed that all the crew and
personal rewards for Crew Beta Season 1 have been sent out.
We hope the following detail would help.
1. How do we get the Rewards?
>The system automatically gives you Rewards when you enter Crew Page.
>The Rewards go straight into your Inventory, not to your Message.
2. What am I expecting for Rewards?
>Please noted that less than Score 500 will be excluded from getting Rewards.

Please be noted that for some cases, you won’t get any alert for Rewards and we are
looking into it at the moment. We will be waiting for those who still didn’t get
Rewards to file a ticket along with your PSN Id so that we can fix it right away.
