3on3 Support Center Issues

Greetings Ballers,

We have verified that there are issues with 3on3 Support Center.

These are the concerns that our team is currently checking:

1. Players who just registered to support center cannot set up the initial password 

2. Players are unable to reset the password  

The GM already provided the temporary work-around, to just check the GM’s responses;

you have to open the email that you used in sending your inquiry.

Please be informed that we are going to fix this issue as soon as possible to make the 

Support Center be more convenient to everyone.
