Joey's Side Hop Step Skill Issue

Greetings Ballers,

We received several reports regarding Joey's Side Hop Step skill delay after our December Update.

Our Dev team has checked and confirmed that there is no modification made regarding the 

Joey's Side Hop Step skill, thus, we cannot replicate the issue. We have tested the Joey's Side 

Hop Step several times, and there was no issue.

Also we have received some videos showing Joey's Side Hop Step Skill delay but the user seemed to

be playing with unstable internet connection and we concluded that it is not bugged.

However, we are more than happy to check this further, but we will be needing additional information.
