Issues after the December 14th Update
December 15 , 2017Greetings Ballers,
During the last game update, we have encountered the following issues:
1. Snow court
- We will temporary remove snow court due to visual issues.
2. Unable to claim Membership reward
- Some user were unable to claim their membership reward from the message box.
This only happened to the ballers who received their rewards
before the maintenance but did not claimed it from the message box.
We will be fixing these issues today without conducting server maintenance.
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience it has caused.
