Gold Card packages issue

Greetings Ballers,

It has come to our attention that the 3 ‘Gold Card packages’ from the December 

3on3 FS Membership reward contained also bronze and normal cards. 

(It should only contain silver ~ platinum cards).

Please be informed that our development team will fix this issue during the maintenance on Dec 14th.

The players who did not yet claimed it before the maintenance; they will be able to acquire the proper 

packages after the maintenance.

For players who already opened the ‘Gold Card Packages’ BEFORE the maintenance, please be informed 

we will send NEW 3 Gold card packages during the maintenance so everyone can get the proper reward. 

Please check your message box after the maintenance.
