Membership Newsletter Reward Issue

Greetings Ballers,

Today, we have sent e-mail Newsletter to players who registered for 3on3 FreeStyle Membership.

However, due to a technical issue, players were unable to claim their Membership reward from their e-mail properly.

As a temporary solution, we have disabled the claim function at this moment.

Please be informed that the Dev team is working on it and we will be sending another Newsletter

once we resolved the issue  so players can claim their Membership reward properly.
