New Updates on Crew Tournament

Q) On which server NA tournament be hosted?

- Considering the current matching server that the majority goes for, the NA tourney will be on East Server.

Q) EU seems to be hosted a bit early.

- Our Team has re-considered about EU starting time and decided to start an hour later. Pleas​e Note that

the changed time is 5/1 10:00 ~13:00 (PDT), 5/1 19:00 ~23:00 (CEST), so is 5/8.   

Q) For Xbox, Crew is not divided by matching server, could one Crew sign up for 2 regions?

- Yes, but a single team cannot play on both regional Tournament. Also, if A and B team from the same Crew 

won in 2 separate regional tourney, the Crew cannot get crew members’ reward (Gold Card Ticket x10) twice.

Q) Our Team has players that runs on different servers, one in Asia, the others on NA, would that

be okay to sign up to the NA regional Tourney?

- We highly advice to team up with players where the server is ideal for all members. Any disadvantage from 

network abnormality goes to players and there will be no re-match due to any related matter. However, 

a match itself is not possible due to any member’s high ping, a team with high ping may get disqualified.

Q) Would lag switching is tackled for this tournament?

- Yes, we are going to monitor if there’s any sudden surge of players’ network and if found, the team and the 

whole Crew members (in Crew member list for 5/1) may get disqualified instantly and from any future events.

Q) What happens if there’s any intentional disruption while running tournament games?

- If a team got any sort of advantage of the other team getting constant spam message from the 3rd person,

we may disqualify a team on our discretion and may further give penalties.

Q) How long should I be waiting if our match is on the last seed?

- We will make the specific time to show for each match this time.
