August Plus Bonus Pack Issue

​Greetings FS City,

We have had reports that users did not receive the August Plus Bonus Pack even

after successfully downloading the package from the PS store. 

We apologize for the inconvenience and rest assured we will be sending the packages 

for all users affected during our next week's scheduled Server Maintenance.
