Character Skill Upgrading issue

Greetings Ballers,

We have noticed that a user won't be able to upgrade a Character's skill using Skill Training

ball if the Character is part of the list of Free Character Rotation or Rental Character.

However, we assure our users that all Skill Training ball that has been consumed will 

be restored and the problem will fixed as soon as possible.
