Dev does understand your concern about missing anniversary DLC.
If you did not receive any 1st anniversary message with coupon code from XBOX,
please send us CS report via 1:1 inquiry.

After reception period, we will send you a coupon code.
In CS report you MUST include your Gamertag.
The coupon code will be sent to your designated email.
Please be noted that, coupon codes will be sent in order.
The followings are the schedule :
*1st reception : 9/19 – 9/24 23:59 > Coupon will be sent in order until 9/25
*2nd reception : 9/25 – 9/29 23:59 > Coupon will be sent in order until 10/2
Remember, this anniversary DLC is only can be redeemed once per account.
After CS reporting period, you cannot request codes anymore.
