[Fixed] Special Pick List change issue

Greetings FS City, 

We have had reports that the Special Pick List changes whenever the application is restarted. We will be temporarily halting the event and will conduct some investigation and Emergency Maintenance to fix the said issue. Rest assured that we will be putting the event back into action once we have a definite fix for the issue.
