It has come to our attention that players couldn't get the Name tag by clearing the zombie mode stage and this was happened to players who have already cleared zombie event last year and this issue is intended and not a bug, we do apologize for that. 

Please be informed that we have successfully fixed the issue during the maintenance today.​ We have sent the Nametag to those players who cleared the zombie mode and who did not receive it before the maintenance. Kindly check your message box.

NOTE: Please be informed that name tag is being sent to your name tag menu directly when they clear the Zombie mode. If you think you didn't get one, please check the Name tag menu.(Main menu > Management > Name tag menu). 

Kindly check your inventory to make sure that you received the necessary rewards.
