Greetings Ballers,

We have received reports that unclaimed rewards after the Mega Season is over 

do not automatically go to the message box. We would like to extend our sincerest 

apology for the frustration this has caused. We wish to inform everyone that we will 

fix this issue during the next scheduled server maintenance that will be held on May 16th. 

Users who haven't claimed their Mega Pass rewards can obtain all their rewards during 

the said maintenance.
